Instant Digital Downloads

All orders of Instant Digital Downloads are processed immediately after payment has been verified. You will receive an email with a link to download your purchase within a few minutes from purchasing. Please make sure your email is correctly spelled and check your Spam Folder, in case our email ends up there. 

The link can be used 3 times, but if you need to use it again, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that some mobile devices may give you an error when trying to download the file. Please use a desktop computer, if you are having this issue.

We occasionally update the PDF files of Instant Digital Downloads. If you have purchased a file that has been updated, an automatic email will be sent to you with the updated file. 

Digital Downloads are not refundable once the file has been downloaded. Please see our full Refunds and Returns Policy for details.

Physical Products

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship to the UK, all EU countries, USA, Canada and Australia.  

All physical product orders are shipped on the next working day, excluding weekends and holidays by First Class Royal Mail. The estimated delivery times are:

UK - Next working day

Europe - 3 to 5 working days

USA, Canada and Australia - 7 to 10 working days

 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please see our full Refunds and Returns Policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
